Not everyone should be managers or leaders. It’s just a fact. If you are one of these people, rather than fight it, just admit it to yourself. You’ll be doing yourself, and everyone who works for you a favor. You might even save your business. Remember, your employees are your most valuable asset in your business. A good manager or leader recognizes that. While you are on the edge of really dominating your business in a new or different way, it’s time to start taking responsibility for your own actions. If you have to invest in a counselor or a career coach or in leadership classes, then do it, and make the changes necessary to accomplish the things that you want most. This should be your first step.
