The Sheriff putts around in a slow car as everyone is forced to pass him. Elsewhere, a cat makes up drinks for various animals. An elephant plays a trick on him, and he ends up smashing him in the head with a bottle. The sheriff tries to put water in his car, but the water gushes out everywhere, doing him no good whatsoever. Then, a fish takes off with the old clunker. The old man decides to make a visit to the cat's "soda fountain" and ends up on the moon... go figure :)
